My journey began in 2008 as a dedicated medical student in Europe, studying across Budapest, Prague, Stockholm, London, and Düsseldorf. After seven years of rigorous study, I made the bold decision to step away, seeking a path that resonated ethically and spiritually with my deepest beliefs. This pivotal choice set the stage for my life’s mission—to support, empower, and advocate for women during one of the most transformative experiences of their lives: childbirth.

 

By 2017, I had embraced my role as a Doula, quickly realizing the profound impact I could have on families. I witnessed firsthand how a mother’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual preparation could shape her birth experience. Seeing the empowerment that comes when women are supported with knowledge and unwavering care solidified my commitment to this sacred work.

 

However, my early experiences as a birth doula in hospitals and birth centers were both eye-opening and disheartening. I saw the persistent lack of consent, fear-based practices, and limited information provided to mothers. I noticed a disconnect between women and their innate birthing wisdom and witnessed coercive practices that robbed women of their voice and autonomy. Far too often, I saw mothers and babies separated unnecessarily, leading to trauma and PTSD—for them and for me. This painful reality inspired me to take action.

 

Pure Sacred Roots was born out of this inspiration. As I evolved into a Traditional Birth Attendant, I found my true calling: creating a sanctuary where women could reclaim their power, autonomy, and sacred connection in birth. Pure Sacred Roots embraces the feminine in all its forms, offering holistic luxury aesthetics where nature meets luxury. By integrating skincare and self-care into our practice, we nurture not only the body but the mind and spirit—empowering women to honor their beauty, strength, and divinity throughout every phase of life.

 

My practice ensures that each woman feels deeply heard, informed, and empowered to make decisions rooted in confidence and self-trust. By cultivating an environment that honors the physiological, spiritual, and emotional aspects of birth, I help families reclaim their power and autonomy. At Pure Sacred Roots, our goal is to ensure experiences that are not only safe but profoundly meaningful, embodying the grace and sovereignty every woman deserves.
